Our full terms and conditions, warranties and care maintenance are available upon request including our cancellation policy.

 

Availability

As quoted from placement of order / deposit received and funds cleared

Unit prices exclude GST

 

Lead times

Current manufacturing lead times will be confirmed once payment is received. The exact lead times may vary due to factory work load, shipping, customs and freight.

 

Delivery

Cafe Culture deliveries are carried out in business hours (unless otherwise noted). After hours delivery will incur an additional fee. While delivery dates may be requested, these are offered as a guide only. The purchaser agrees that while every reasonable effort will be made to achieve these dates, the seller will not be held liable for any claims arising from delivery dates due to unavailable of materials, late placement of orders or deposits or any event beyond reasonable control.

 

Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with Cafe Culture until payment has been received in full.

 

Warranty

Warranty varies on all products. Warranty does not cover damage caused by unreasonable or incorrect use, normal wear and tear, or failure to provide proper care and maintenance. Cafe Culture Australia Pty Ltd is the importer and distributor for the products supplied. The warranty is a manufacturer warranty provided to Cafe Culture and its customers by the manufacturer of the furniture.

 

Refund

Refund, exchange or credit can be made within 30 days for a faulty product only. Returns need to be in their original packaging and sent to:

Storage               

Cafe Culture endeavour to meet customers lead times in all instances, however, if lead times and delivery schedules are delayed by the customer for more than 2 weeks we may have to store items in a commercial storage facility at an additional cost. Goods must be fully paid for.
