THE PROJECT: BEHIND THE SCENES AT SYDNEY INDESIGN 2015 August 2015

Through the collaboration with Natasha Hammond from Krasivaya, a branding and design agency, on 'The Project', Design Nation delved into the theme of 'Ritual' as part of Sydney Indesign 2015.

With limited space and budget in mind, a brainstorm of creative ideas led to the development of a yellow open box frame to represent the ritual of unwrapping, revealing and discovery. The cross shape of the floor graphics mirrored the suspended open box frame to create the shape of our logo.

Striking floor graphics in a monochrome colour palette with a pop of yellow, our signature colour, added visual interest and fun that also marked our space on which the stunning Zeitraum furniture and lighting could be displayed. Settings for the everyday rituals of living were created - spaces where we work, play, learn, eat and live.
