Belle magazine June-July 2017 is packed full with all things design.

The Rakumba lighting stand at Denfair is featured, showing STONE COW, CORELLA + ROSELLA and the brass MONROE pendants, pg.39. Simply stunning! 

In the Milan Report 2017, one of the standouts included the magical Lee Broom merry-go-round installation 'Time Machine' at Ventura Centrale, pg.60. Lee Broom celebrated 10 years in style.

"A feast of design genius, from established creatives to exciting newcomers, was on display once again this year at Milan Design Week." pg.59.

Alain Gilles and Konstantin Grcic feature as being some of the most influential designers showing at Milan, pg.68 and pg.70.

As part of the Milan Report 2017, some products, including the SETAREH table lamp, designed by Francesco Librizzi for FontanaArte, were selected that displayed a "Balancing Act: Lighting is in a state of suspended animation as designers tinker with tension." pg.75.

The HELIACAL floor lamp, designed by Os & Oos for FontanaArte, is showcased under "Circles and Rings: Precious, delicate, over-scale or whimsical, elements of the Olympics symbol were everywhere." pg.78.

There were many Aussies in Milan, including Tom Fereday, who was showing off his MITO floor lamp and Studio Truly Truly - "The Australian accent rang out loud and clear as our stellar representatives strutted their stuff before an appreciative international audience." pg.84.

An interview with architect and designer Gabriele Buratti discusses life and design. One of his pieces he designed for FontanaArte - the EQUATORE table lamp is showcased here, pg.89.

The winners of the Belle Coco Republic Interior Design Awards 2017 were announced from a talented array of entries, pg.95-102. "With an impressive six projects shortlisted, Sydney firm SJB was the undisputed star of this year's awards. Taking out the ultimate accolade for their extensive body of work, as well as Best Hospitality Interior for 12-Micron in Barangaroo, the 2017 Belle Coco Republic Interior Designers of the Year showed design ingenuity, sensitivity to their client's brief and flashes of brilliance and beautiy in projects spanning residential, commercial and hospitality sectors: from a compact terrace kitchen to a sprawling CBD shopping precinct." pg.96.
