SABA'S NEW YORK OUTDOOR ARMCHAIR February 2014

In 1991, Sergio Bicego opened his first studio as an independent designer, experienced in padded furniture and inspired by the world that surrounded him. Two years later he was embraced by Saba Italia, which threw him new challenges and incentives, leading to the creation of designs such as Taos, Limes, Pixel and Nesting.

From this, the New York armchair was also born – an eclectic furniture piece that “carries the name of the Big Apple with pride.” Its epoxy coated iron rod base structure is complimented by a reversible octagonal cushion, together available in a range of different colours creating different chromatic schemes. Also available in an indoor version.
